Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Items should be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Include all accessories , manuals, and tags.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us.
The actual color of the product that you see on our website may differ slightly from what is shown, due to lighting differences, individual PC monitor color settings, photography styles, etc.. We do not encourage returns or refunds for any of our products as we take the utmost care in ensuring high-quality standards for all our products. However if any customer has received damaged or defective clothing, they can initiate a refund request within 24 hours of product receipt with an opening video proof. Please note that the received product must be unused and unwashed. Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
